Easy to read and understand. Very good information conveyed in an articulate, clear and helpful manner. Real experience shared to help others succeed.
I found this book to be a great resource for anyone getting ready to start their own business. I am currently working on starting a beef jerky company and there was some great information for me to consider before, I consider doing so. I also learned that a provisional patent can be a great business strategy for acquiring funding.
Overall this book was entertaining and informative and not too difficult to understand even though it gets into some legal entities and business jargon.
A must read for anyone creating a new business, seeking investors, raising capital for an existing business, hiring employees or issuing stock options. What you don't know CAN HURT your business. Unless you're a very experienced serial entrepreneur, you don't know all questions to ask. This book will guide you through the issues that need to be addressed, the questions to ask and how to find the necessary answers. Written in a conversational style that's easy to read, it very effectively addresses very serious issues.
As a person who has had no previous knowledge in this arena, I found this book extremely informative. It is written in an easy to understand style that allows even a rank amateur to have a clear cut outline of the steps a budding entrepreneur would need to take to be successful. It guides you through what to do and what not to do to begin or to hone your skills in this field.
